With the current situation regarding Covid-19, we took the difficult decision to postpone our 3rd Annual Family Law Conference. However, we are pleased to announce that a new date has been scheduled for Tuesday 17th November.

The conference will be split into two sessions covering Children Law in the morning and Current Issues in Family Law. Presented by leaders in these fields, topics will cover Modern Families, Surrogacy, Adoption, Tax Matters in Divorce and Brexit and Related International Family Law to name a few.

Keynote Speaker on the day will be His Honour Judge Hess. Edward Hess became a Barrister in 1985 and practised at the bar for 25 years. He became the Designated Family Judge in Wiltshire in 2019 and has been a nominated judge of the Court of Protection since 2017. He was instrumental in the creation of the Financial Remedies Unit in the Central Family Court.

HHJ Hess joins an exceptional line-up of speakers, including HHJ Reardon who will be our Chair for the day.

Speakers include:

Alex Laing, Matthew Richardson, Martin Kingerley QC, Leslie Samuels QC, Frank Feehan QC, David Hodson OBE, Nicholas Allen QC, and Sofia Thomas CTA.

Attendees will gain 7 CPD hours on the latest thinking from the experts driving development in these areas.

This really is a great event to attend. Book your Earlybird tickets for great savings – expires 31st July 2020.
